Job Description

We are looking for full time Fabricator / Welder / Helper to join our team for the installation of solar on-grid power plants. The role involves assisting in site work, panel installation, maintenance of solar systems.

Responsibilities

Install solar on-grid power plants

Perform routine maintenance and service activities

Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all sites

Eligibility Criteria

ITI or Diploma in Welding/Electrician

Minimum 3 year of welding experience

Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses

Experience in driving is required

Candidates residing near Tripunithura are preferred

Own two-wheeler is preferred

Starting Salary

Helper (ITI Fresher) – 15,000/-

Electrician (3 year experienced in solar installation) – 20,000/- (salary increment upto 30,000/- based on performance)

Welder (3 year experienced in solar installation / Welding) – 20,000/- (salary increment upto 40,000/- based on performance)
