As our business continues to grow, we are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team and contribute to expanding clean energy adoption.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities, conducting site visits, presenting suitable solar solutions, and guiding customers throughout the sales process until project confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Explain the benefits, technical aspects, and financial advantages of solar power systems.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
- Interest or experience in the renewable energy industry is an added advantage.

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
